ST Scythe WIP

ST Scythe Build. Drops Splinter Weapon for another Dom Mesmer. With the thought being that it would allow me to go back to a standard Mesmer way without too much loss when I feel like playing a casting build. Alternative is to use Channeling Rit in place of Illusion Support so that I can keep splinter weapon but overall unsure on its other damage output.
