Skull Crack Farmer

Primary Dervish variant of the new Skull Crack farmer. Less armor than warrior, but better attributes and energy managment.

Tested on smite crawlers (NM), slave spirits (HM), and berserking beasts (avoid the wendigos) outside Olafstead including Asterius the Mighty (HM). With Sand Shards on the bar, most fights don’t last longer than FGJ. Precast Sand Shards before pulling and then recast after the second hit for a quick aoe spike.

Extend Enchantments is necessary now to maintain mirage cloak with the increased cooldown.
