Why Tho?

I got tired of micro managing my Blood is Power necro, who at this point could be called “Una-Livia” and started looking into alternatives. What I personally found best was this versatile Signet of Illusions mesmer using Blood Ritual which can be made to fit into most comps because you can slot pretty much anything else you need, see variations for inspiration.

Good To Know

Blood Ritual Works much like Blood is Power when used by the hero AI, where it will cast it on appropriate party members with <50% energy.

Blood Ritual Is a touch range skill, not mentioned by the tooltip in game. I found this to not be an obstacle unless your team require precise micro, at which point the premise of this build is moot anyway and you should just run a meta bipper.

Signet of Illusions Hero AI is really good at keeping this active.

Illusion spells will also consume a charge of Signet of Illusions however, Signet of Clumsiness will not.
