Burning Barrager

A fun bow build for a paragon meant for hard mode because of higher health pools triggering Burning Refrain more. Decent damage and gives the party damage reduction via "They're on Fire!" and "There's Nothing to Fear!" . If using the Heroic Refrain variant apply that first before burning refrain because the burning condition will be 1 second longer
