[Player] Paraway Stunning Spear

A simple condition spreader build.
"You Are All Weaklings!" → Spear of Fury (Luxon) → Barbed Spear → Signet of Infection → Vicious Attack or Merciless Spear → Stunning Strike → Epidemic

For IAS + additional Adrenaline gain, Arcane Mimicry is used on another paragon in the party with Soldier's Fury, the other paragons’ shouts will renew this echo for you.

This build does nothing but spread conditions; it’s a very selfish paragon build.

Mandatory to be used in a party with other paragons, ideally a paraway setup with constant shouts present for renewals.
